sesame oil

chicken broth low salt or unsalted
2 Tbsp
soy sauce, light
2 Tbsp
sherry vinegar
2 medium
eggs well beaten
2 Tbsp
corn starch

How to Make EGG DROP SOUP

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook chopped ginger and chopped onions in sesame oil
  • 2Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sherry vinegar.
  • 3Bring to a simmer, ster with a whisk add the egg mixture.
  • 4Cook for two minutes.
