I have seen countless recipes for EGG DROP SOUP, and just about all of them are different. Here's my verson. This recipe is for Eddie's cook book TIME after TIME

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ginger chopped course
- 3 - green onions chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 6 cups chicken broth low salt or unsalted
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 2 medium eggs well beaten
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
How To Make egg drop soup

Step 1Cook chopped ginger and chopped onions in sesame oil

Step 2Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sherry vinegar.

Step 3Bring to a simmer, ster with a whisk add the egg mixture.

Step 4Cook for two minutes.
