This is a quick and easy meal, even for the kids who can handle a microwave. It's healthy AND delicious! You can add any variety of ingredients, including tofu and whatever you have in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 package ramen soup (any flavor)
  • 2 cups water or soup stock (i use the juices from the crockpot)
  • 1/2 cup precooked meat, ie, shrimp, chicken, bbq pork, etc.
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh veggies, ie, green onions, mushrooms, carrots
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (optional)

How To Make easy ramen soup

  • Step 1
    First, put ramen noodles and water or soup stock in microwave, cook on high for 4 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Throw in remaining ingredients, stir, and cook on high in microwave for 5 minutes.
