Ingredients
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 - red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 - green onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 packages sriracha chicken ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
How To Make easy ramen for two.

Step 1Place the chicken stock in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken, garlic, carrots, red onion, and green onions. Cook two minutes. Add the seasoning packets from the noodles. Stir in the sriracha sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Cook two more minutes.

Step 2Add the noodles and cook 4 minutes more. Garnish with the cilantro and black sesame seeds.
