Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried wakame sea weed
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons instant dashi granules
- 1/2 cup cubed firm tofu
- 1/2 cup white miso paste
- 2 scallions chopped
How To Make easy quick miso soup

Step 1Place the Wakame in a small bowl and cover it with hot water and set aside.

Step 2Add the water to a stock pot. Bring to a boil whisking in the instant Dashi. Turn heat to medium and add the tofu. Cook 1 minutes. Scoop out about 1/2 cup of the soup and mix it with the miso paste until it is smooth.

Step 3Add the Miso mixture to the soup. Cook 1 minute. Drain the Wakame and add to the soup. Cook 2 minutes.

Step 4Ladle into bowls and add the scallions.
