- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large roasted red bell pepper from a jar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

- 3 cups V8 juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 0 - hot sauce, if desired
How To Make easy gazpacho
