easy broccoli cheese soup

The thing I like the most about this easy recipe I created(other than tasting AMAZING) is it doesn't separate or get thin like other cream based soups after sitting. It stays nice and thick, even for leftover reheating(if you ever have any leftovers)

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed cheese soup
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make easy broccoli cheese soup

  • Step 1
    Heat can of cheese soup, broth, and frozen broccoli in saucepan over medium heat until smooth
  • Step 2
    Add the shredded cheese and continue cooking until melted and smooth and serve.
  • Step 3
    This recipe multiplies very easily for larger batches and reheats great for leftovers.
