Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup finely diced pickles
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon each sugar, worcestershire sauce and onion powder
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon each dill weed, and curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream warmed

Step 1Add the butter to a stock pot. Stir in the flour and make a roux. Whisk in the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened a bit. Add the pickles, pickle juice, sugar, Worcesterdhire souce, garlic, onion powder, dill weed, curry powder, and white pepper

Step 2Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and serve.
