Ingredients
- 2 large red rose potatoes skin on diced
- 1 large onion, small diced
- 1 teaspoon ham base
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 can campbell's condensed pepper jack soup
- 1 can campbell's condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 cups cubed ham
- - fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make diabetic crock pot ham & potato soup

Step 1Put all ingredients, except sour cream, in crock pot in morning and mix well. If it looks like you need a little more liquid, add a little more milk.

Step 2Turn the crock pot on low and forget about it until suppertime.

Step 315 minutes before serving, while still in crock pot, stir in half a cup of sour cream.
