I love Olive Gardens Pasta e Fagioli so I wanted to duplicate it. I have been working on doing just that for years and I finally (I think) did it. You be the judge. This dish was one of my late Mother-in-law's favorites.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 ounce olive or vegetable oil
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon oregano leaves
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon tabasco sause
- 13 ounces your favorite spaghetti sauce (i use newman's own sockarooni)
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - garlic powder, to taste
- 8 ounces small pasta

Step 1Brown ground meat and chopped onion in oil.

Step 2Prepare and add the remaining ingredients to the browned meat/onion mixture. Bring to a boil, add pasta. Simmer for one hour.

Step 3Cooks note: adjust the amount of Tabasco to your taste.
