- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 package of 32oz. frozen southern style hash browns
- 1- 4 oz. cans mushrooms,stems & pieces
- 1 package frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 99% fat free
- 1 pound box of velveeta cheese
How To Make crockpot cheese soup

Step 1Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients.

Step 2Simmer in crock pot on high stirring often until cheese is melted. Turn to low and simmer 4 hours.
