I got this recipe from a pot luck at work. A great way to use up left over ham!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 package frozen hashbrowns (square chunks)
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

How To Make crock pot ham and potato stew

  • Step 1
    place all ingredients in 5-7 quart crockpot. cook on medium about 3 hours or until hashbrowns are soft and stew is heated through.
