I got this recipe from a pot luck at work. A great way to use up left over ham!

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 small
    onion, diced
  • 1 pkg
    frozen hashbrowns (square chunks)
  • 2 c
    diced ham
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper

How to Make Crock pot ham and potato stew

Step-by-Step

  1. place all ingredients in 5-7 quart crockpot. cook on medium about 3 hours or until hashbrowns are soft and stew is heated through.
