Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 4 lb
    beef femur bones
  • 1 large
    onion cut in half
  • 1
    head garlic broken in cloves peeled
  • 6 stalk(s)
    celery chopped into pieces
  • 4 large
    carrots cut into pieces
  • 2
    turkish bay leaves
  • 1 bunch
    parsley stems
  • 1 bunch
    fresh thyme
  • 4 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
  • ·
    water just to cover

How to Make Crock Pot Bone Broth


  1. Place all ingredients in large crock pot. Cook on low 16 hours. With tongs remove bones and large pieces of veggies and discard. Strain the broth through fine mesh strainer. Freeze or refrigerate
