- 4 pounds beef femur bones
- 1 large onion cut in half
- 1 - head garlic broken in cloves peeled
- 6 stalks celery chopped into pieces
- 4 large carrots cut into pieces
- 2 - turkish bay leaves
- 1 bunch parsley stems
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- - water just to cover
How To Make crock pot bone broth

Step 1Place all ingredients in large crock pot. Cook on low 16 hours. With tongs remove bones and large pieces of veggies and discard. Strain the broth through fine mesh strainer. Freeze or refrigerate
