- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup scallions -- finely chopped
- 1/2 cup hatch green chili peppers – finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic -- minced
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 12 ounces american cheese -- shredded
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 6 ounces pepper jack cheese -- shredded
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
