Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    15 ounce cans whole potatoes (reserve liquid)
  • 2 can(s)
    15 oz. cans great northern beans
  • 1 can(s)
    10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    10.75 oz. can cream of celery soup
  • 1
    link smoked sausage or 1 1/2 cup ham cubed
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cowboy Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut canned potatoes to size desired. In large crockpot, combine potatoes with liquid. Add soups and mix well. Add beans and meat. Cook until potatoes are soft, 4 to 6 hours on low.
  2. We like to have cornbread with this!
