Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 9 ounces kielbasa cut into rounds
- 2 - ears of corn cut in half
- 4 cups seafood or chicken broth
- 6 - red potatoes quartered
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1 pound peeled and deviended shrimp
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 - lemon juiced
How To Make country boil soup

Step 1Add oil to large pot. Brown the onions, garlic, and sausage until browned. Add the broth and cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil.

Step 2Reduce heat and add the corn on the cob and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are soft. Add the shrimp and thyme and cook until shrimp are pink. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice
