Ingredients

1/4 ccooking oil
-
1 can(s)whole kernel corn - drained

1 can(s)cream style corn
-
1 can(s)tomato paste
-
2 can(s)tomato sauce
-
1bell pepper chopped
-
1onion chopped
-
1slab salt pork
-

How to Make CORN SOUP
- cube and boil salt pork in separate pot
- Brown onions and bell pepper in oil.
- add tomato paste and tomato sauce and let simmer for about 30 mins.
- when salt pork is tender add to the
tomato mixture and let cook another 10 mins. - add corn and desired amount of water. LET COOK TILL SOUP IS DESIRED THICKNESS (ABOUT 20 MINS).
- Salt and pepper to taste.
