Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 - bell pepper chopped
- 1 - onion chopped
- 1 - slab salt pork
- - salt & pepper
How To Make corn soup

Step 1cube and boil salt pork in separate pot

Step 2Brown onions and bell pepper in oil.

Step 3add tomato paste and tomato sauce and let simmer for about 30 mins.

Step 4when salt pork is tender add to the tomato mixture and let cook another 10 mins.

Step 5add corn and desired amount of water. LET COOK TILL SOUP IS DESIRED THICKNESS (ABOUT 20 MINS).

Step 6Salt and pepper to taste.
