(12 ounces) beck’s oktoberfest beer
4 medium
red potatoes, cubed
3 medium
carrots, sliced
3 medium
celery ribs, sliced
1 large
onion, chopped
1/4 c
coarse ground mustard
1/4 tsp
1 pkg
(16 ounces) johnsonville® smoked bratwurst, sliced
2 medium
tomatoes, cut into wedges
3 Tbsp
3 Tbsp
cold water

How to Make Colorful Fall Harvest Stew


  • 1In a large saucepan, combine the broth, Beck’s Oktoberfest Beer, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, mustard and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in Johnsonville® Smoked Bratwurst and tomatoes.
  • 2Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into stew. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Serve hot with a thick slice of bread.
