Ingredients
- - 16 oz. pkg. frozen peach slices, thawed, reserving 1/2 cup peach slices
- - 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- - 1/2 cup orange juice
- - 3 tbsp. sugar
- - 1/2 cup sour cream
- - 1/2 cup half and half
- - 1/4 cup dry white wine
- - 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- - 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
How To Make cold peach soup

Step 1Put peaches, pineapple juice, orange juice and sugar in blender container or food processor; process til smooth.Add sour cream, half and half, wine, lemon juice and cinnamon. Blend til smooth and creamy. Pour into large bowl. Cut reserved 1/2 cup peach slices into chunks. Stir into blended mixture. Cover and refrigerate til serving time. Serves 8
