Ingredients

  • - 16 oz. pkg. frozen peach slices, thawed, reserving 1/2 cup peach slices
  • - 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • - 1/2 cup orange juice
  • - 3 tbsp. sugar
  • - 1/2 cup sour cream
  • - 1/2 cup half and half
  • - 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • - 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • - 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

How To Make cold peach soup

  • Step 1
    Put peaches, pineapple juice, orange juice and sugar in blender container or food processor; process til smooth.Add sour cream, half and half, wine, lemon juice and cinnamon. Blend til smooth and creamy. Pour into large bowl. Cut reserved 1/2 cup peach slices into chunks. Stir into blended mixture. Cover and refrigerate til serving time. Serves 8
