Ingredients
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom seeds*
- 3 - whole cloves
- 2 pounds peaches, peeled and soarsely chopped
- 2 cups orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 - 8 oz. container vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon diced crystallized ginger
- - fresh mint springs, fresh peach slices
How To Make chilled peach soup

Step 1Place cardamom and cloves on a 6 inch cheesecloth square, tie with string.

Step 2Bring spice bag, chopped peach, and next 5 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until peach is tender. Remove and discard spice bag; cool peach mixture.

Step 3Process peach mixture in batches in a blender or food processor until smooth; stir in yogurt and dice ginger. Cover and chill; garnish with mint and peach slices, if desired. Yield: 6 cups.

Step 4*Substitute 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom seeds, if desired, stir it in with cinnamon and ginger.
