- 3/4 cup - orange juice, fresh
- 1 cup - 8 oz plain yogurt
- 1 lag - cantaloupe,peeled,seeded and cubed
- 1 tbsp - honey
- 1/4 tsp - ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp - cayenne pepper
- 6 - mint sprigs
How To Make chilled melon soup

Step 1place the orange juice,yogurt,cantaloupe in a blender;cover and process until pureed.add honey,salt,nutmeg.cayenne;cover and process until smooth.refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving garnish with mint sprigs.
