Ingredients
- 8 - cucumbers, peeled and seeded
- 1 quart plain yogurt (4 cups)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup minced dill
- 2 - lemons, juiced
- 10 dashes tabasco
- - salt and pepper
How To Make chilled cucumber soup

Step 1In a food processor, puree 4 cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.

Step 2Grate the remaining 4 cucumbers, wrap with cheesecloth or paper towels and squeeze out the liquid.

Step 3Whisk or stir in the yogurt, buttermilk, dill, lemon juice, and Tabasco.

Step 4Add salt and pepper to taste and chill before serving.
