plain yogurt (4 cups)
How to Make Chilled Cucumber Soup
1In a food processor, puree 4 cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
2Grate the remaining 4 cucumbers, wrap with cheesecloth or paper towels and squeeze out the liquid.
3Whisk or stir in the yogurt, buttermilk, dill, lemon juice, and Tabasco.
4Add salt and pepper to taste and chill before serving.
