Cheesy Potato Soup

6medium potatoes, diced
1 Tbspdried minced onion
2 clovegarlic, minced
12 ozsharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1knorr chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
1 cchopped ham
How to Make Cheesy Potato Soup
- Place potatoes in a dutch oven or large sauce pan and cover with water by 1 inch.
- Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Mash potatoes in liquid with hand mixer or immersion blender. DO NOT DRAIN!
- Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir until cheese is melted. Serve!
