I was cooking dinner at my daughter's with a very limited pantry, so I just started throwing stuff in the crock pot and came out with this! Even the picky 5-year-old loved it!

Ingredients
- 3-4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 package kielbasa
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (or any flavor) cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cheesy potato and kielbasa soup

Step 1clean and dice potatoes, feel free to leave peels on.

Step 2Cut both kielbasa's into bite-size pieces. I slice each one in half then cut bit-size.

Step 3Add all ingredients into crock pot except seasonings, cheeses, and sour cream.

Step 4Cook on high for 2-3 hours until potatoes are somewhat soft. Turn down to low.

Step 5One hour before serving add worcestershire,cheeses and seasonings.

Step 6Just before serving add the sour cream. Or you can just put a dollop of sour cream in each bowl.
