I was cooking dinner at my daughter's with a very limited pantry, so I just started throwing stuff in the crock pot and came out with this! Even the picky 5-year-old loved it!

How to Make Cheesy Potato and Kielbasa Soup

  1. clean and dice potatoes, feel free to leave peels on.
  2. Cut both kielbasa's into bite-size pieces. I slice each one in half then cut bit-size.
  3. Add all ingredients into crock pot except seasonings, cheeses, and sour cream.
  4. Cook on high for 2-3 hours until potatoes are somewhat soft. Turn down to low.
  5. One hour before serving add worcestershire, cheeses and seasonings.
  6. Just before serving add the sour cream. Or you can just put a dollop of sour cream in each bowl.
