I was cooking dinner at my daughter's with a very limited pantry, so I just started throwing stuff in the crock pot and came out with this! Even the picky 5-year-old loved it!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


3-4 medium
potatoes, diced
1 pkg
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
chicken broth
1 medium
onion, diced
1 medium
red bell pepper, diced
1 c
shredded cheddar (or any flavor) cheese
3 oz
cream cheese
1 c
sour cream
3 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
3 clove
garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste


1clean and dice potatoes, feel free to leave peels on.
2Cut both kielbasa's into bite-size pieces. I slice each one in half then cut bit-size.
3Add all ingredients into crock pot except seasonings, cheeses, and sour cream.
4Cook on high for 2-3 hours until potatoes are somewhat soft. Turn down to low.
5One hour before serving add worcestershire,cheeses and seasonings.
6Just before serving add the sour cream. Or you can just put a dollop of sour cream in each bowl.
