Cheesy Potato and Kielbasa Soup

Ingredients

3-4 mediumpotatoes, diced

1 pkgkielbasa
-
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
-
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
-
1 can(s)chicken broth
-
1 mediumonion, diced
-
1 mediumred bell pepper, diced
-
1 cshredded cheddar (or any flavor) cheese
-
3 ozcream cheese
-
1 csour cream
-
3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

3 clovegarlic, minced
-
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Cheesy Potato and Kielbasa Soup
- clean and dice potatoes, feel free to leave peels on.
- Cut both kielbasa's into bite-size pieces. I slice each one in half then cut bit-size.
- Add all ingredients into crock pot except seasonings, cheeses, and sour cream.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours until potatoes are somewhat soft. Turn down to low.
- One hour before serving add worcestershire,cheeses and seasonings.
- Just before serving add the sour cream. Or you can just put a dollop of sour cream in each bowl.
