How to Make Cheesy Hashbrown Soup
- Pour cans of chicken broth into dutch oven. Bring to a boil and add frozen hasbrowns. Cook til hasbrowns are tender. Add cubed cheese (I use about 1/2 of the large box of Velveeta). Stir until melted. Add milk - make it as cheesy or as milk-like as you want. Pepper to taste and serve while steaming hot. My family likes it served with cornbread but crackers are good also.
