Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 cups diced potatos
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup cooked, diced ham
- 8 ounces velvetta, cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup chopped brocolli (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
How To Make cheese potato soup

Step 1In saucepan, boil the potatos, celery, onion,brocolli (if desired) and carrots in the 2 cans of chicken broth until desired texture.

Step 2In large stock pan, melt margarine. Add cornstarch and milk. Stir until thick.

Step 3Add vegetables and broth, ham, velvetta, and 1/2 c. water (or more depending how thick or thin you like your soup). Heat, stirring often. Do not boil.
