Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 - onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

How To Make cheese and onion soup

Step 1Scald milk, melt butter and brown onions. Blend in flour, cook, stirring 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk. Return to heat and boil 1 minute. Stir constantly. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese melts. Serves 4
