Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato juice, 48 ounces
  • 1 - diced onion
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 - beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 - head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 4 - sliced carrots

How To Make cabbage soup

  • Step 1
    In a large pot, combine tomato juice, water, cabbage, carrots, onion, bouillon and bay leaf, and simmer for an hour.
  • Step 2
    Remove bay leaf before serving.
