    rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded
  • 2 c
    low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 can(s)
    (8 oz each) tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c
    pelled, chopped red potatoes
  • 1 3/4 c
    frozen lima beans
  • 1 3/4 c
    frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried minced onion flakes

How to Make Brunswick Stew


  1. In a large dutch oven add all ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
