This has always been a hit. I like to use my home town barbque sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 quart corn
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 can tomatoes, canned
  • 1/2 pound barbque pork
  • 1 1/2 cups barbque sauce of your choice
  • bag fresh frozen vegetables

How To Make brunswick stew

  • Step 1
    Cook hamburger meat until done. Add onion,bell peppers,corn and cook till they are done.
  • Step 2
    Next,add a can of veg-all,tomatoes,barbque pork. Mix all together and cook for 30 min.
  • Step 3
    Add barbque sauce until you like the taste. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and continue cooking for 30 min. Then it is ready to serve.
  • Step 4
    If the stew is to thick you can add a cup of water or V-8 juice.
