This has always been a hit. I like to use my home town barbque sauce.

  • 1 qt
  • 1/2 c
    bell pepper
  • 1 c
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoes, canned
  • 1/2 lb
    barbque pork
  • 1 1/2 c
    barbque sauce of your choice
  • bag(s)
    fresh frozen vegetables

How to Make Brunswick stew


  1. Cook hamburger meat until done. Add onion,bell peppers,corn and cook till they are done.
  2. Next,add a can of veg-all,tomatoes,barbque pork. Mix all together and cook for 30 min.
  3. Add barbque sauce until you like the taste. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and continue cooking for 30 min. Then it is ready to serve.
  4. If the stew is to thick you can add a cup of water or V-8 juice.
