- 3 - celery stalks, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 - carrots, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 can tomato soup
How To Make beet soup

Step 1Put vegetables in a large pot with water to cover; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
