How to Make Beefy Lentil Soup


  • 1Salt the beef tips and brown in the olive oil on high heat.
  • 2Lower heat, add onion, bell pepper, carrot and saute until veggies start to soften.
  • 3add beef stock, water, and lentils. Cover. Bring up to a boil. Lower to simmer. Add seasoning packet. Simmer at least 30 minutes.
