Ingredients
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons each fresh ginger grated, soy sauce, honey and rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 2 bunches baby bok choy sliced
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
How To Make asian pork noodle soup in crock pot

Step 1place the chicken broth, water, hoisin sauce, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and garlic in a crock pot. Mix well. Add the pork tenderloin and cook on low for 6 hours

Step 2Remove the pork from the broth and set aside. Add the mushrooms, bok choy and rice noodles. Make sure the noodles are completely submerged in the broth. Cook another 30 minutes. Shred the pork and add it back to the crock pot and cook another 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls and garnish with cilantro
