- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 clove panko bread crumbs
- 1 bunch scallions sliced thinly divided
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon miso paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- BROTH
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- - remaining scallions
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 cup cilantro chopped for serving
- 2 - limes for serving
How To Make asian chicken meatballs in a ginger miso broth

Step 1Add all ingredients for meatballs together but only use two tablespoons of scallions reserve the rest for broth. roll into balls. Set aside

Step 2Add all ingredients for broth together except for cilantro and lime. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add meatballs a few at a time and poach until done removing them with a slotted spoon and repeat until all meatballs are done.

Step 3Serve by placing meatballs in bowl pour broth over top, sprinkle with cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
