I developed this soup for my daughter Anita, the first one of my children to leave the nest. This recipe works great for college dorm rooms. Have each diner bring one of the ingredients. Look for low-sodium options to make a healthier soup.

Ingredients
- 1 small can cubed potatoes with liquid
- 14 ounces can chicken or vegetable broth
- 14 ounces can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 small can peas and carrots, drained
- 1 small can green beans, drained
- 1 can white beans with liquid
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 sticks celery, sliced
- a few dash of minced garlic, crazy pepper, tony's creole seasoning

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Add water if necessary to make soup consistency. Cook on high power for 2 hours, then on low power for 2 more hours.
