Ingredients
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 large carrot, cut up
- 1 stalk celery, cut up
- 1 parsley root, cut up
- 3 peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cups water
- fish trimmings and heads
- salt to taste
How To Make wywar z wlosczcyzny i ryby (veg fish bouillon)

Step 1Place vegetables and the spices in cold water. Add fish trimmings and heads. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Strain. Yields 4 cups.
