3 cseafood or chicken stock

1 Tbsplobster bouillon base

3scallions, chopped

1/2 lbsnow crab leg meat

1/2 ccreme fraiche

1/2lemon juice and zest
-
crunchy garlic oil for topping (optional)
How To Make snow crab soup

1Add the stock to a stockpot. Bring to a simmer.

2Add the lobster base and let it melt.

3Add the scallions and simmer 10 minutes. Add the crab meat and cook 2 minutes.

4Stir in the crème fraiche and lemon juice and zest. Cook 5 minutes.

5Ladle into bowls and garnish with the crunchy garlic oil.
