Ingredients
- 3 cups seafood or chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon lobster bouillon base
- 3 - scallions, chopped
- 1/2 pound snow crab leg meat
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 1/2 - lemon juice and zest
- crunchy garlic oil for topping (optional)
How To Make snow crab soup

Step 1Add the stock to a stockpot. Bring to a simmer.

Step 2Add the lobster base and let it melt.

Step 3Add the scallions and simmer 10 minutes. Add the crab meat and cook 2 minutes.

Step 4Stir in the crème fraiche and lemon juice and zest. Cook 5 minutes.

Step 5Ladle into bowls and garnish with the crunchy garlic oil.
