Ingredients
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- - salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon diced garlic
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 2 pounds shrimp, chopped
How To Make shrimp soup

Step 1Put ingredients, except shrimp, in saucepan with chicken stock.

Step 2Bring to boil and then lower heat.

Step 3Cover, and cook for 45 minutes.

Step 4Add shrimp and simmer for 30 minutes more.

Step 5You may wish to experiment with the amount of wine you use; 2 cups in the pot may be a bit much for some tastes.
