8 c
chicken stock
2 tsp
hot sauce
1 c
green onions, chopped
1/2 c
celery, chopped
salt to taste
1 Tbsp
diced garlic
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 c
chopped parsley
2 c
dry white wine
2 lb
shrimp, chopped


1Put ingredients, except shrimp, in saucepan with chicken stock.
2Bring to boil and then lower heat.
3Cover, and cook for 45 minutes.
4Add shrimp and simmer for 30 minutes more.
5You may wish to experiment with the amount of wine you use; 2 cups in the pot may be a bit much for some tastes.
