i lov my seafood and what better way to have it in the fall and winter than a big ole bowl of soup to warm ya up.....

Ingredients

1/2 lb
med shrimp
1/2 lb
imitation crabmeat
1/2 lb
bay scallops
1 can(s)
clams
1 lb
lobster
2 large
poataoes,cubed
2 large
ribs celery with leaves,chopped
1 large
white onion,chopped
1 medium
carrot,grated
1 Tbsp
old bay seasoning
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
2 bottle
clam juice
salt and pepper,to taste
water to cover
1 qt
heavy cream
pat of butter,per bowl of soup
green onion,garnish

How to Make SEAFOOD CHOWDER

Step-by-Step

  • 1in lg soup pot put all veggies...add clam juice and water to cover add spices....bring to boil lower temp to simmer cook til veggies fork tender
  • 2while veggies cook prep all seafood so it is ready to drop into soup once veggies are tender add seafood in order given,lobster,scallops,clams wait 5 min add crab meat and shrimp cook 5-10 min til shrimp turn pink add heavy cram cook jus til hot serve with pat of butter and green onions enjoy
