Ingredients
- 1/2 pound med shrimp
- 1/2 pound imitation crabmeat
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 1 can clams
- 1 pound lobster
- 2 large poataoes,cubed
- 2 large ribs celery with leaves,chopped
- 1 large white onion,chopped
- 1 medium carrot,grated
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 bottles clam juice
- - salt and pepper,to taste
- - water to cover
- 1 quart heavy cream
- - pat of butter,per bowl of soup
- - green onion,garnish
How To Make seafood chowder

Step 1in lg soup pot put all veggies...add clam juice and water to cover add spices....bring to boil lower temp to simmer cook til veggies fork tender

Step 2while veggies cook prep all seafood so it is ready to drop into soup once veggies are tender add seafood in order given,lobster,scallops,clams wait 5 min add crab meat and shrimp cook 5-10 min til shrimp turn pink add heavy cram cook jus til hot serve with pat of butter and green onions enjoy
