- 2 cups scallops
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 4 cups scalded milk

How To Make scallop chowder

Step 1Saute onions in butter.

Step 2Remove onions from pan.

Step 3Cut up scallops and saute in butter.

Step 4Add onions, scallops and potatoes to boiling water.

Step 5Simmer 30 minutes.

Step 6Add scalded milk and simmer 15 minutes.
