How to Make Scallop Chowder


  • 1Saute onions in butter.
  • 2Remove onions from pan.
  • 3Cut up scallops and saute in butter.
  • 4Add onions, scallops and potatoes to boiling water.
  • 5Simmer 30 minutes.
  • 6Add scalded milk and simmer 15 minutes.
  • 7Add seasoning.
