I make this recipe every year for Christmas eve and my family loves it!

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 - mushrooms sliced
  • 3 - green onions diced
  • 1/4 pound each salad shrimp, bay scollops, and crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 11 1/2 ounces jar of frito lay brand mild chunky salsa
  • 3 cups milk
  • 19 ounces can frito lay brand mild cheese dip

How To Make savory seafood bisque

  • Step 1
    Cook mushrooms, green onions, and scallops in 1/4 cup butter or margarine until scallops are translucent. About 4 minutes. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add Salsa and simmer 2 minutes. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add cooked crab and raw shrimp. Add cheese dip. Simmer for another 5 minutes and DO NOT BOIL! Enjoy!
