    salmon
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoes
  • 4 medium
    potatoes
  • 1 large
    onion
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 can(s)
    corn
  • 2 c
    milk
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    fatback

How to Make Salmon Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut a generous piece of fatback.
  2. Put fatback and diced potatoes in a little water.
  3. Cook until potatoes are soft.
  4. Add diced onions, tomatoes, salmon, corn, and butter.
  5. Heat until butter melts.
  6. Remove from heat and add milk.
