Ingredients

5 1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 stickbutter or margerine

1 can(s)salmon (remove bones)

2 or 3 largepotatoes

1/2 largebox of velvetta cheese, or bag of your favorite cheese

salt pinchtoo taste

pepper pinchtoo taste

1 can(s)peas drained, optional or

1 pkgfrozen broccoli, optional
How to Make Salmon Soup
- In a large sauce pan put can of salmon,juice,remove bones and breakup salmon add milk and butter,salt and pepper.Peel potatoes and chop into medium squares add to soup.Bring to a boil on high then turn down to medium /low heat cook till potatoes are tender. You can also add a can of peas, drained or chopped broccoli but this is optional.
- Chop Velveeta cheese into squares, add as little or as much as you like depending how creamy or cheesey you like your soup.Or you can add your favorite bag of shredded cheese.Stir until melted. Serve with crackers.
