16 ozsalmon, skinless(cut into 2
3 bunchbok choy (chinese cabbage)
·clean & slice leaf in half leagthwise
1 bunchgreen onions
2 largetomatos or you can use (canned)
5 smallgreen finger peppers (optional)
How to Make Salmon Sinigang
- Bring water to a boil add Sinigang mix.
- Add salmon or any seafood you would like to use. This dish shown has halibut.
- Add bottom whites of onions & the remaining vegetables let simmer for about 15 minutes
- Just before serving toss with the top green part of your onions. Then enjoy
