Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 1 package singang mix
- 16 ounces salmon, skinless(cut into 2
- 3 bunches bok choy (chinese cabbage)
- - clean & slice leaf in half leagthwise
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 large tomatos or you can use (canned)
- 5 small green finger peppers (optional)
How To Make salmon sinigang

Step 1Bring water to a boil add Sinigang mix.

Step 2Add salmon or any seafood you would like to use. This dish shown has halibut.

Step 3Add bottom whites of onions & the remaining vegetables let simmer for about 15 minutes

Step 4Just before serving toss with the top green part of your onions. Then enjoy
