This is my favorite! I think you can't really add too much bok choy!

Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 package singang mix
  • 16 ounces salmon, skinless(cut into 2
  • 3 bunches bok choy (chinese cabbage)
  • - clean & slice leaf in half leagthwise
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 large tomatos or you can use (canned)
  • 5 small green finger peppers (optional)

How To Make salmon sinigang

  • Step 1
    Bring water to a boil add Sinigang mix.
  • Step 2
    Add salmon or any seafood you would like to use. This dish shown has halibut.
  • Step 3
    Add bottom whites of onions & the remaining vegetables let simmer for about 15 minutes
  • Step 4
    Just before serving toss with the top green part of your onions. Then enjoy
