    singang mix
  • 16 oz
    salmon, skinless(cut into 2
  • 3 bunch
    bok choy (chinese cabbage)
  • ·
    clean & slice leaf in half leagthwise
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 2 large
    tomatos or you can use (canned)
  • 5 small
    green finger peppers (optional)

How to Make Salmon Sinigang


  1. Bring water to a boil add Sinigang mix.
  2. Add salmon or any seafood you would like to use. This dish shown has halibut.
  3. Add bottom whites of onions & the remaining vegetables let simmer for about 15 minutes
  4. Just before serving toss with the top green part of your onions. Then enjoy
