- 1 can salmon, flaked
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 slice onion
- 1/2 - bay leaf
- 2 cups hot milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make salmon bisque

Step 1In a saucepan add salmon, water, onion and bay leaf; simmer 15 minutes. Remove onion and bay leaf; scald milk with butter and flour which has been blended together, add seasoning. Add thickened scalded milk to the salmon mixture.
