How to Make Salmon Bisque

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a saucepan add salmon, water, onion and bay leaf; simmer 15 minutes. Remove onion and bay leaf; scald milk with butter and flour which has been blended together, add seasoning. Add thickened scalded milk to the salmon mixture.
