I love Kimchi Soup and various types of Oriental Soup. I make mine in many different ways depending on the products I buy when I go to the Korean Market. So I just called this Soup of the Day Tuesday's. I hope you enjoy my Oriental Soup of the Day! Sorry for the recipe lay out they would not let me add ingredients when posting the recipe. So I have to improvise.

Ingredients
- 3 cups water and 2 sheets of sushi nori seaweed
- 7 - dried anchovy and 1/4 cup cubed firm tofu
- 1/4 cup mushroom any kind shitaki is best, but canned can be used and 5 o'tasty wontons
- 5-8 - seasoned garlic stems from a korean market
- 1/8 cup seasoned daikon radish from korean market
How To Make oriental soup tuesday's

Step 1Boil the water add all the ingredients except the Frozen Wontons and Tofu.

Step 2Boil the ingredients 7-10 minutes so the flavors mix together.

Step 3Add the wontons & Tofu and boil for 5 minutes. Serve by itself or with steamed rice.
