Ingredients
- 2 pounds scallops
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 - medium potatoes, diced
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1.5 quarts milk
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Melt butter in skillet and fry scallops on both sides.

Step 2With a knife, cut scallops into small pieces, making sure that they are well browned.

Step 3Meanwhile, cook potatoes and onions in lightly salted water until tender, but not mushy.

Step 4Add scallops and milk and season to taste.

Step 5Bring to just under the boiling point and serve with crackers.
