Ingredients

  • 1.25 packages lobster, boiled
  • 5 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • pinch white pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make lobster stew

  • Step 1
    Remove meat from lobster body and claws.
  • Step 2
    Cube.
  • Step 3
    Scald milk with lobster shells in it.
  • Step 4
    Discard shells.
  • Step 5
    Slightly saute lobster in butter.
  • Step 6
    Add the milk and bring back to boil.
  • Step 7
    Remove from heat, add cream, season to taste and serve.
