Ingredients
- 1.25 packages lobster, boiled
- 5 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- pinch white pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make lobster stew

Step 1Remove meat from lobster body and claws.

Step 2Cube.

Step 3Scald milk with lobster shells in it.

Step 4Discard shells.

Step 5Slightly saute lobster in butter.

Step 6Add the milk and bring back to boil.

Step 7Remove from heat, add cream, season to taste and serve.
