    lobster, boiled
  • 5 c
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • pinch
    white pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Lobster Stew


  1. Remove meat from lobster body and claws.
  2. Cube.
  3. Scald milk with lobster shells in it.
  4. Discard shells.
  5. Slightly saute lobster in butter.
  6. Add the milk and bring back to boil.
  7. Remove from heat, add cream, season to taste and serve.
