This is from my cousin Krista Hanna Hines. It is one of my husband; Danny's favorites. This is a picture of Krista in her red corvette!

  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 stick
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • 1 pt
    half and half
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, cut up in chunks
  • 2 can(s)
    whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of potato soup
  • ·
    tony chachere's to taste

How to Make Krista's Crawfish Bisque


  1. Saute' chopped onions in butter.
  2. Add crawfish, cook about 8 minutes.
  3. Add half & half. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Cook until cream cheese is melted, add Tony's to season. Serve with chips or in bread bowls.
  5. Note: You probably want to double this recipe. Great for crock pot cooking!
