krista's crawfish bisque

This is from my cousin Krista Hanna Hines. It is one of my husband; Danny's favorites. This is a picture of Krista in her red corvette!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pound crawfish tails
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut up in chunks
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • - tony chachere's to taste

How To Make krista's crawfish bisque

  • Step 1
    Saute' chopped onions in butter.
  • Step 2
    Add crawfish, cook about 8 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add half & half. Add rest of ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Cook until cream cheese is melted, add Tony's to season. Serve with chips or in bread bowls.
  • Step 5
    Note: You probably want to double this recipe. Great for crock pot cooking!
