krista's crawfish bisque
This is from my cousin Krista Hanna Hines. It is one of my husband; Danny's favorites. This is a picture of Krista in her red corvette!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 1 pint half and half
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut up in chunks
- 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- - tony chachere's to taste
How To Make krista's crawfish bisque

Step 1Saute' chopped onions in butter.

Step 2Add crawfish, cook about 8 minutes.

Step 3Add half & half. Add rest of ingredients.

Step 4Cook until cream cheese is melted, add Tony's to season. Serve with chips or in bread bowls.

Step 5Note: You probably want to double this recipe. Great for crock pot cooking!
