Ingredients
- 4 cups hot water
- 1 - 4.9 oz pkg betty crocker au gratin potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 2-1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 - 6-1/2 oz cans minced clams, undrained.
How To Make easy clam-potato chowder

Step 1In lg heavy pot, heat water, potatoes and salt to boiling. Boil for 5 mins, drain.

Step 2Stir in sauce mix and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling over med-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Reduce heat to med-low and simmer, uncovered for 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
