Ingredients

·1 medium onion, finely chopped

·1 stalk celery, finely chopped

·1 red bell pepper, chopped

·2 cloves garlic minced

·2 tbsp. butter

·1 jar five brothers fresh tomato basil sauce, 26 oz
-
·1 jar five brothers creamy alfredo sauce, 17 oz
-
·1 can lower salt chicken broth, 14 oz
-
·tabasco sauce to taste

·12 oz. fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
·parsley for garnish
How to Make Crema di Gamberi (Shrimp Bisque)
- In large pan, sauté onion, celery, red pepper and garlic in butter til tender. Add the two Five Brothers sauces; stir to mix well. Add chicken broth and Tabasco sauce; simmer over low heat about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp; cook til shrimp just turns pink. Serve bisque garnished with parsley. Serves 6
